Going into my fourth year of college I transferred from Idaho State University to Westminster University. Switching colleges can be very tough for most people, but I was able to conform to my new surroundings and easily adapt to the new school.
The way I am able to be adaptable and fit right in is due to my outgoing personality, and the ability I have to make new friends.
Due to who I am as a person, I’ve never struggled in new situations because I am able to conform and fit in with my surroundings. That to me, is the biggest and most important piece of adaptability.
